This Privacy Policy explains how Dat Score Agency (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the DAT Score Football Company mobile application (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you create and use an account in the App, we may collect:

- Password (stored in hashed form, not in plain text)
- Phone number
- Country
1.2. Player and agent data
The App is used to manage football players, agents, and matches. In that context, we may process:
- Player and agent profiles (name, contact details, country)
- Profile images you choose to upload
- Player attributes (position, height, weight, comments, rating, etc.)
- Match information (teams, scores, date, comments, rating, and who created/edited the record)
This information is typically entered by authorized users (for example, staff of your organization) and stored on our backend.
1.3. Usage and device information
We may collect, in a limited way:
- Basic technical information (such as device type, operating system, app version)
- Log information related to errors and performance (for debugging and security)
We do not collect precise location, SMS, contacts, or other sensitive device data.
2. How we use your information
We use the collected information to:
- Create and manage your user account
- Authenticate you and keep you signed in
- Allow you to create, view, edit, and manage players, agents, and matches
- Display statistics and information about players and matches inside the App
- Maintain and improve the App’s performance, reliability, and security
- Communicate with you about important updates, security notices, or support requests
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Legal basis for processing (EEA/UK users)
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: to provide you access to the App and its core functionalities.
- Legitimate interests: to maintain and improve the App, prevent abuse, and protect our rights.

- Service providers: With trusted third‑party service providers (for example, hosting providers, error reporting/monitoring tools) who process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
- Within your organization: With other authorized users in your company/agency, as required for them to perform their work (for example, other staff viewing player and match data).

We do not share data with advertisers for targeted advertising.
5. Data storage and security
- We store data on secure servers and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
- While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. International transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, where our servers or service providers are located. We take appropriate measures to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
7. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as:
- Your account is active, and
- It is necessary to provide the App’s services, or
- We have a legitimate need to retain it (for example, to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes).
When we no longer need your data, we will delete or anonymize it in a reasonable time frame.

9. Account and data deletion
You can delete your account and associated personal data as follows:
- In the App (recommended): sign in, open the Menu, go to Profile, tap Delete my account, and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately when you complete this flow, unless applicable law requires us to retain certain information (we only retain what the law requires).

- Cannot use the App: email support@datscoreagency.com from the address registered on your account and ask us to delete your account. We will verify your request and process it in line with applicable law.
Except where we are legally required to retain specific information, we delete or anonymize your personal data when your account is deleted. If you contact us by email, we will complete deletion within a reasonable period after verification, as required by law.
10. Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or a higher age as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:
- Update the “Last updated” date at the top, and
- Where appropriate, notify you via the App or by email.
Your continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
